She did a quick walkthrough of my home, took pictures and detailed notes, and the next day shared a couple of low- to no-budget things we could tackle to make the house more presentable for market. Barb has an incredible eye for design, and friends and family were completely blown away - they didn’t believe it was the same space.

Barb was the first stager to listen to what I wanted and deliver. She came back to ensure everything was dismantled properly and put back, and because of her styling work, my house sold for $200,000 over the last home sale in my complex just a few months prior.

Barb transformed my yard, the interior of my home, and worked incredibly hard, using my own pieces. She is incredibly detail-oriented and notices things others would miss - but a savvy buyer would spot. She even put together a list of things we should focus on for cleaning and paint touch-ups.
